- To be eligible for a return, physical products must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in their original packaging.

- We offer a satisfaction guarantee for our marketing photography services. If a customer is dissatisfied with their photography session and has not used, posted, or shared the images, they can request a reshoot.
4.1 Reshoot Process

- We will schedule a new photography session at no additional cost.
4.2 Refund Process
- If after the reshoot, the customer is still not satisfied, we will issue a refund for the photography services, excluding any hair and makeup fees.
4.3 No Public Sharing
- Customers who wish to request a refund must not use, post, or share the images publicly on any platform or media.
4.4 Social Media Sharing
- Customers who share their images on social media platforms are considered to have accepted the photography services, and the satisfaction guarantee will not apply.
